From I-95 Southbound:

Get off of I-95 at Exit 17. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Pass under the I-95 bridge and take your first left. Follow straight through one stop sign and one traffic light. At your second traffic light, turn left onto Riverside Avenue. Follow straight for approximately 1/4 mile until you come to your first traffic light. Viva Zapata is the first driveway on your left after this light.

From I-95 Northbound:

Get off of I-95 at Exit 17. Go straight through two traffic lights. When you reach the third traffic light turn left onto Riverside Avenue. Follow straight for approximately 1/4 mile until you come to your first traffic light. Viva Zapata is the first driveway on your left after this light.
